About Nhà An
A little shop named “Nhà” (home) and “An”
“Nhà” is where we return. “An” is peace, the wholesomeness in every dish. Nhà An was born from a simple wish: a warm seat in the middle of the city, where tea is brewed slowly and vegetarian meals are cooked with care.
Our story
A roof, a lotus and a sprout
Nhà An's logo is a roof sheltering a pink lotus, beside a young sprout rising from the chimney. The roof is warmth. The lotus is the purity of Vietnamese vegetarian food. The sprout is the tea leaf, which brings people together around a table.
We grew up with mornings when Mom cooked a pot of vegetarian phở on the full moon, and afternoons when Grandma brewed a pot of lotus tea. Nhà An wants to keep those things and retell them in today's language: oolong milk tea, hand-whisked matcha, butter croissants, alongside a bowl of vegetarian bún Huế and a bánh mì with mushroom pâté.
