Tiệm Nhà An

House rules

A few small things, so everyone feels at home

Nhà An is open 24/7 for people who need to focus and people who want to chat. The guidelines below aren't meant to be strict. They simply help everyone share a comfortable place to sit.

Our spirit

A shared home, shared care

Under one roof, someone is racing a deadline, a group of friends is laughing out loud, and someone else just wants to sit and read. Nhà An's house rules come down to one idea: respect each other's space.

If anything is unclear, just ask the staff at the counter. Nhà An always has someone on duty, 24 hours a day, to help you.

  • Every zone has its own rhythm, so pick the one that suits what you're doing
  • Remind others gently rather than sharply
  • These rules are provisional and may be adjusted as the branches open

Six guidelines

What Nhà An hopes you'll help with

Quiet hours in the Deadline Room

Keep your voice low, switch your phone to vibrate, and use headphones for music or videos. Please take calls and online meetings in the Chatter Courtyard or the Smooth-Flow Meeting Room.

Clear your table before you leave

Bring your cups, plates and trash back to the counter, or let the staff know and they'll come clear it. A tidy table is a gift to the next person who sits there.

Use outlets thoughtfully

There are outlets at every seat. Plug in your devices, keep your charging cables tidy, don't run cords across the walkway, and make room for others when the tea house is busy.

Bringing outside food? Please ask first

Nhà An's kitchen serves vegetarian dishes for breakfast, lunch and late at night. If you'd like to bring food from outside, please ask the staff first and avoid strong-smelling dishes.

Respect one another

Keep your words and volume moderate, don't photograph or film others without their consent, and ask before moving tables or chairs from another zone.

Keep your belongings with you

Keep your laptop, wallet and phone within sight, as you would in any public place. If you're stepping away for a while, ask the staff or a companion to keep an eye out.

Zone by zone

Every zone has its own rhythm

  • A quiet zone: speak softly and use headphones
  • Please take group meetings to the Smooth-Flow Meeting Room
  • Keep your desk, desk lamp and charging cables tidy

  • Leave on time for the next group
  • Wipe the whiteboard and gather your cups and plates when you finish

Staying long, staying late

Sitting for hours, still comfortable

Nhà An is open 24/7, so many friends stay a long time. A few tips so your stay and your neighbor's both feel comfortable.

  1. Pick the zone that fits your task

Need quiet? Head to the Deadline Room. Need to talk things over? Step out to the Chatter Courtyard.

  2. Order at your own pace

The kitchen serves late-night vegetarian dishes from 22:00 to 04:00, so order more whenever you need a boost of energy.

  3. Want to save a spot? Reserve a table

Book ahead on the reservation page instead of leaving belongings behind to hold a seat.

  4. Take a break

Stand up, drink some water, walk around a little, then come back. You'll feel much better.

Quick questions about the rules

What are the quiet hours in the Deadline zone?

The Deadline Room is a quiet zone with its own quiet-hours rule. The exact time window will be announced in the tea house and on the website when we open. In the meantime, just speak softly and use headphones while you sit in this zone.

Can I bring food from outside?

Please ask the staff first. Nhà An asks guests to avoid strong-smelling dishes and keep their tables clean so the people next to them aren't affected.

Is it okay to charge several devices?

Yes, as long as everything is tidy and doesn't block the walkway. Please avoid power-hungry appliances such as cookers or electric kettles.

What if I leave something behind?

Message us on Zalo at 0865 920 041 or call the hotline, and the staff will check for you. The Tan Binh branch also has luggage storage for people waiting for a flight.

The people next to me are too loud. What should I do?

Just tell the staff at the counter. Nhà An will give a gentle reminder or help you move to a more suitable zone.

Last updated: 07/11/2026. These rules are a draft ahead of opening day; detailed rules for each branch will be announced on the website and on Zalo.
