Nhà An vegetarian kitchen
A warm vegetarian meal, cooked like home
Everything on the menu at Nhà An is vegetarian: broth simmered from vegetables, no MSG, silken tofu made fresh each morning, and seasonal organic greens. From a breakfast before work to late-night plates for deadline shifts, our kitchen cooks food that feels light yet full of flavor.

Kitchen philosophy
Sweetness from vegetables, not from MSG
At Nhà An, every dish we serve at breakfast, lunch and late at night is vegetarian. The gentle sweetness comes from a pot of broth simmered with vegetables, the silky richness from silken tofu made fresh each morning, and the freshness from seasonal organic greens.
Whether you eat vegetarian every day, only on full-moon days and the first of the lunar month, or just want a light meal midweek, you'll find homestyle dishes that feel familiar.

Kitchen principles
Six principles behind Nhà An's vegetarian kitchen
Nothing fancy, just habits we keep every day so vegetarian food is both delicious and worry-free.
Vegetable broth
Simmered from vegetables such as white radish and sweet corn together with mushrooms for a naturally gentle sweetness, with no MSG.
Fresh silken tofu every morning
Made fresh each morning, so it's smooth, fragrant with soybean, and ready for the day's rice and soup dishes.
Seasonal organic greens
Organic vegetables chosen by season. Nhà An works directly with farming households so the greens reach our kitchen still fresh.
Vegan labels
Dishes with no eggs and no dairy are marked separately at the counter, so you can choose quickly without guessing.
Ask before you order
Not sure which dish suits you? Ask our staff about ingredients, cooking methods or spice level before you order.
Order at your table
Scan a code to order vegetarian rice, tea or pastries without leaving your seat, even when you're on deadline.
Regional dishes
Five houses, five regional flavors
Alongside our familiar vegetarian dishes, each Nhà An branch keeps a few dishes that carry the flavor of the place it calls home.

Xem thêmMade fresh every morning
A batch of silken tofu for the new day
Tofu is a familiar plant-based protein in Vietnamese vegetarian meals, and it tastes best right after it's made. That's why the Nhà An kitchen makes silken tofu every morning.
Soybeans are soaked until soft, ground fine, strained for their milk, cooked, then gently set into smooth, tender blocks. That one batch becomes the lunch plate, the bowl of vegetable soup and many other dishes through the day.

Quick questions about the vegetarian kitchen
Is everything at Nhà An really vegetarian?
Yes. All of our breakfast, lunch and late-night dishes are vegetarian, with broth simmered from vegetables and no MSG. Only the European-style pastries may contain eggs, butter or milk.
What's the difference between vegetarian and vegan dishes?
Vegetarian dishes contain no meat, fish or seafood but may include eggs or dairy. Vegan dishes contain no eggs or dairy and are marked separately at the counter; if you avoid other ingredients such as honey, just ask our staff.
I avoid the five pungent vegetables. How should I order?
Some dishes may use onion, chives or garlic for aroma. Let our staff know when you order, and they'll suggest dishes that fit the way you eat vegetarian.
Can I eat here with a soy or gluten allergy?
Many vegetarian dishes use tofu, soy sauce or wheat flour, so please tell our staff before ordering. Because the kitchen prepares many dishes in the same area, Nhà An cannot completely rule out cross-contact.
Is the kitchen still cooking in the middle of the night?
Yes. Nhà An is open 24/7 with staff on duty around the clock; the kitchen serves late-night vegetarian plates from 22:00 to 04:00, and the tea counter and pastry case serve day and night.
Does the website list the menu and prices?
Not yet. Detailed menus for each branch will be announced when we open; you can message us on Zalo at 0865 920 041 to ask in advance.
