Team meetings and locking in plans
Weekly meetings, project wrap-ups, task planning. The whiteboard helps everyone see the same big picture.
Smooth-Flow Meeting Room
A private glass room for 6–10 people, with an HDMI screen, a whiteboard, and tea and treats brought right to your table. Book by the hour, right inside Nhà An's 24/7 tea house.

Hourly meeting room
Team meetings, interviews, or a dry run of your presentation don't have to happen in an office. The Smooth-Flow Meeting Room is a private glass room in every Nhà An branch, with space for 6–10 people and right next to the tea counter, so no one gets thirsty halfway through.
The room is booked by time slot, so you only hold the time you need. In Vietnamese, "hanh thông" means smooth and favorable: a wish for a meeting that runs without a hitch, from the moment the screen turns on to the moment the work is settled.

Already in the room
Nhà An sets up the basics so all you need to bring is your content.
Plug in your laptop and you're presenting. The room uses a screen instead of a projector; if your laptop has no HDMI port, bring a suitable adapter.
Sketch diagrams, divide up tasks, write down deadlines, then stick up ideas so the whole team can see them together.
Wood-fired roasted oolong, house-made milk tea, Vietnamese phin coffee and each morning's baked goods are brought to the room when you order.
Fast Wi-Fi and an outlet at every seat. Need a quick print or scan? Ask the staff at the counter.
Nhà An is open 24/7 with staff on duty around the clock. Need an early or late slot? Just ask when you book.
Everything on the menu is vegetarian, so everyone in your group can eat. Vegan dishes (no eggs, no dairy) are labeled separately at the counter.

Before the meeting
A few small habits make meetings shorter while still getting things done.
Book as early as you can, especially for business hours and weekends. If you need tea and treats or have special requests, let us know ahead so Nhà An can arrange them. In a pinch, you can still reach us via Zalo or the hotline to ask whether the room is free.
The room has an HDMI screen instead of a projector. Plug in your laptop to present; if your device has no HDMI port, bring an adapter.
The room is booked by time slot. The fee depends on the branch, the time and your needs, so please contact Nhà An for a quote.
Let the staff know early if you think the meeting might run long. Nhà An will check the bookings that follow and tell you whether you can stay longer. For how extra time is charged, please get in touch.
The Smooth-Flow Meeting Room fits 6–10 people best. For bigger groups, take a look at the Chatter Courtyard, with long tables for 8–12 people, or a small party of up to 30 guests.
Tell Nhà An the branch, time and number of people. We'll reply to confirm your booking.
Nhà An is putting the finishing touches on 5 branches and opening soon. Specific addresses and opening dates will be announced on the website and Zalo.
