A smooth meeting, a fun birthday or a productive study session usually starts with having the right spot. Nhà An knows that, so booking is designed to be quick, clear and always confirmed by a real person.
This article walks through everything you need to know: the ways to book, which space suits which need, what information to send, and what to do if your plans change. Because our branches are still being finished and opening soon, exact schedules will be confirmed as each branch opens.
Four ways to send a booking request
We are open 24/7, so you can send a request at any hour. Choose whichever way is easiest for you.
- The form on the Book a Table page: fill in the branch, time, number of people and notes. This is the simplest option when you already know exactly what you need.
- Message us on Zalo at 0865 920 041: great when you have questions or want to attach photos, a program outline or a guest list.
- Call the hotline at 0865 920 041: best for same-day bookings or when you would like to talk things through directly.
- Email contact@tiemnhaan.com: handy for company or school bookings and occasions with lots of details.
Whichever you pick, Nhà An will confirm with you by Zalo or phone. Please wait for that confirmation before letting everyone in your group know.

Every Nhà An branch has four zones: the Smooth-Flow Meeting Room, the Nhà An Cozy Corner, the Deadline Room and the Chatter Courtyard, plus an áo dài studio and photo corners. Before you book, think about the atmosphere your gathering needs.
Regular and group tables
Tables for one to four people can be booked at any time, though on weekends and holidays it helps to let us know earlier. For larger groups, please book ahead so we can prepare the seating. The Chatter Courtyard has long tables for 8 to 12 people and free board games, perfect for study groups, class reunions and lively get-togethers. If you need quiet to get work done, let us know in advance when bringing a group to the Deadline Room, where quiet hours are respected.
Smooth-Flow Meeting Room
This is a private glass-walled room for 6 to 10 people, with an HDMI screen, whiteboard, markers and sticky notes, and tea and snacks brought to your table. It is booked by time slot. It suits team meetings, interviews, practice presentations, small workshops and thesis defenses. The room has a screen rather than a projector, so if your laptop only has a USB-C port, bring an adapter.
Áo dài Studio
If you would like photos in an áo dài (traditional Vietnamese long dress), Nhà An has its own studio with lighting and seasonal decorated sets. We rent traditional and modern áo dài, matching couple sets and kids' sizes. You can also add a photographer and makeup artist. There are three packages: Self-Shoot, Studio and All-Inclusive. Please book ahead so we can prepare the outfits and set, and contact us for a price quote.
Small parties of up to 30 guests
Birthdays, class reunions, farewell parties or a catch-up with old friends can be held at the Chatter Courtyard, which welcomes up to 30 guests. Parties must be booked at least 2 days ahead so Nhà An can prepare the tables, chairs, cake and simple decorations. Birthday cakes also need 2 days' notice. If you expect more than 30 people, please get in touch and we will suggest options.
What to send for a quick confirmation
The more details you share, the fewer questions Nhà An has to ask and the sooner you get your confirmation. The list below applies to most kinds of bookings.
- The branch you would like to visit: Binh Thanh, Tan Binh, Da Nang, Hoi An or Duy Xuyen.
- Date and time slot, including the start time and the expected end time.
- Number of people, even if the count may change by a few.
- Purpose: team meeting, study group, birthday, class reunion, áo dài photo shoot or something else.
- Special needs: vegan guests, seating for young children, equipment such as an HDMI adapter, decoration requests or a birthday cake.
- Your name and contact details, preferably a Zalo or phone number so Nhà An can confirm.
Everything on the Nhà An menu is vegetarian, and vegan dishes, meaning no eggs and no dairy, are marked separately at the counter. If anyone in your group is vegan or has a food allergy, please say so when you book so our team can recommend suitable dishes and talk with the kitchen.
After you send your request: confirmation, holding your spot and good to know
Once we receive your request, Nhà An will reply with availability, suitable time slots and anything extra you can prepare, such as tea and snacks for a meeting room or a cake for a party. If your chosen time slot is already taken, we will talk with you to find another time that works.
As for how long we hold your spot, Nhà An will let you know when confirming, since it can differ by space and branch. Please arrive on time, or message us ahead if you are running late, so we can hold your spot longer if possible.
As for cost, Nhà An does not publish a fixed price list. Meeting rooms, parties and the áo dài studio all depend on the branch, time slot, number of people and your needs, so please contact us for a suitable quote. The estimated cost will be made clear when we confirm, before your gathering takes place.
A few other things to know:
- If you would like to bring your own cake or food for a special occasion, please talk with us first so our team can advise you.
- If you would like to decorate yourself, tell us in advance, especially for balloons, candles and anything that needs to be attached to the wall.
- If your meeting might run longer than planned, let us know early so Nhà An can check whether the room is still free, since rooms are booked by time slot.
- House rules still apply, such as quiet hours in the Deadline zone and looking after your belongings.
If you need to reschedule or cancel
Plans change sometimes, and that is perfectly fine. All Nhà An asks is that you tell us as early as possible by Zalo or phone, with the booker's name and the time you reserved, so we can rearrange and free up the spot for someone else if you cannot make it.
For small parties and birthday cakes, which need preparation 2 days ahead, please report any change as soon as you can. Nhà An will work with you to find the most sensible solution.
