Nhà An Club Is Coming Soon: What Will Members Get?

A 10-stamp card, a birthday treat, priority workshop spots and early news on new items. Here is what Nhà An members can expect, and how to sign up for updates.

When a cafe is open 24/7, some people come back every week, even every day: to chase a deadline, study with friends, meet up, or just rest for a while. Nhà An wanted a simple way to say thank you to people like that. That is why Nhà An Club is being prepared alongside our 5 branches.

Before you read on, a straight word: Nhà An has not opened yet, so every benefit below is planned and may change. Official details will be announced on the website and on Zalo when we open.

What is Nhà An Club?

Nhà An Club is the planned membership program of Tiệm Nhà An. The idea is simple: if you stop by often, you should be recognized with a few small perks that are easy to remember and easy to use, rather than a confusing points system.

We picture the Club as a paper card you keep in your wallet, simple and easy to use. Joining is planned to be completely free. The program is planned to work across all 5 branches, from Binh Thanh and Tan Binh in Saigon to Da Nang, Hoi An and Duy Xuyen, so whether you are traveling for work or for fun, your card goes with you.

How the 10-stamp card works

This is the easiest part of the Club to picture. Here is how we plan to run it:

  1. After you sign up, you pick up your membership card at the counter when Nhà An opens.
  2. Each time you order at the counter, our staff stamps your card once.
  3. When your card has 10 stamps, you redeem a treat from Nhà An.
  4. The card is planned to work across branches, so you do not have to start over when you visit a different location.

The specific treat for a full 10-stamp card will be announced at opening, so we are not saying more yet to avoid promising anything we are not sure of. What we want to keep is a very clear mechanism: one stamp per visit, with no complicated conditions.

Birthday treat: a good wish in your birthday month

A birthday is often the day people hope someone will remember them. Nhà An plans to give members a greeting and a small gift during their birthday month. The gift is not meant to be grand, just a way to feel that there is a place that remembers your birthday.

If you would like to celebrate at the shop, we also have birthday cakes you can order 2 days ahead, and Sân Rôm Rả (Chatter Courtyard) hosts small parties of up to 30 guests. These two services are not part of Club benefits but are offered separately, though if you are already a member, everything feels more familiar when you book.

Priority workshops and early news on new items

Every Saturday, Nhà An plans to hold small-group workshops: tea brewing, vegetarian baking, and a few handicraft classes. Since seats in each class are limited, Club members are planned to be notified first and get to reserve spots early. If you are waiting for a particular class, like brewing oolong or baking, this may be the benefit you use most.

Members are also planned to hear early about seasonal items, Friday-night acoustic music and the new workshop schedule. For a shop that cooks with seasonal fruit like Da Lat strawberries, Luc Ngan lychees or Hoa Loc mangoes, knowing about new items ahead of time means you never miss the season you love.
