How Nhà An handles it

What Nhà An does and doesn't do

Nhà An will

  • Let only the hiring lead and the relevant branch manager see your application
  • Contact you only through the channel you left
  • Tell you when your application is passed to another branch or position
  • Delete your application when the retention period ends or when you ask

Nhà An will not

  • Sell or share your application with advertisers
  • Post candidate information on social media or the website
  • Call or message you for anything other than hiring
  • Ask you to pay any fee to have your application considered

Good to keep in mind

  • No need to put your ID number, health status or religion in your CV
  • If you are under 18, please talk with a parent or guardian before sending your application
  • Only submit your own information, or that of someone who has agreed to let you refer them

Retention

Applications are kept for up to 12 months

If there is no suitable position this time, Nhà An may keep your application for up to 12 months so we can contact you when a new shift or position opens, especially while the branches prepare to open.

When the period ends, or as soon as you ask for deletion, Nhà An will delete your application from storage, unless the law requires otherwise. If you become an employee, your information moves to an employee file governed by separate labor regulations, and you will be clearly notified.
